These tailored sessions are more suited for individuals who are interested in implementing positive lifestyle changes, goals, and outcomes within their daily lives. My holistic approach is very different to conventional mental health practices, and I've enjoyed working with over 3.5k individuals throughout my time as a mentor.

Be mindful that clients will be recommended to seek further clinical support if needs are related to mental health illness or are “feeling suicidal”.
